Samsung is going to unveil the next galaxy series S9 and S9+ this year at Mobile World Congress on Barcelona. Mobile World Congress will be held on February 25, 2018.
Like last year, Samsung will going to launch two versions of galaxy series one is Galaxy S9 and another one is the Galaxy S9+ variant. Both variants will be loaded with similar specs but with difference in screen size, camera arrangements and as well as battery capacity. Apart from these changes, internal hardware's will be same for both these devices.
Samsung Galaxy S9 will have a 5.8 inches screen size with QHD+ display having 18:9 aspect ratio which is a full screen infinity display. Display technology will be the Samsung's own Super AMOLED display. Samsung Galaxy S9 will have the same display technology but with 6.2 inches in size.

Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be expected to use the newly launched Snapdragon 845 processor and some variants will be using their own Exynos 9810 processor both are build under 10 nm architecture.
Samsung is going to release the two new color variants of Galaxy S9 and S9+ mobile one in Lilac Purple and another one is Coral blue colors.

On the storage part, Galaxy S9 will come in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and S9+ will come in 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage along with micro SD card slots on both the variants.
Camera setup on both the variants will be different as the S9 will have a single 12 MP camera with dual pixel auto focus and OIS, having the variable aperture from 1.5 to 2.4. On the other hand, Galaxy S9+ will have a dual camera setup with same primary camera from S9 and the secondary lens having 12 MP telephoto lens with an aperture of 2.4 and OIS on both the lenses. On the front side, both the variants will have a same 8 MP auto focus selfie camera.
Samsung S9 will have a 3000 mAh battery same as the Galaxy S8 from last year and Galaxy S9+ will house a 3500 mAh battery. Both phones will support fast charge as well as fast wireless charge and the fast charger will be included on the box.
As for the security options, Galaxy S9 and S9+ will have a fingerprint scanner on the back of the device in accessiable positions from the last years Galaxy S8 phones. In addition to that, both phones will have a facial recognition feature and IRIS scanner for additional security.
On the software side, both phones will comes with Android Oreo out of the box with Samsung UI on top of it. One more surprising news is that Galaxy S9 and S9+ will retain the headphone jacks and comes with stereo speakers tuned by AKG. They include earphones in the box itself which is also tuned by AKG.
Pricing for these phones are yet to be confirmed but as per the rumors Galaxy S9 will be priced at ₹ 48,000 (749$ approx) and the Galaxy S9+ will be priced at ₹ 54,000 ( 849$ approx).
